Changes to the application process

Dear applicants,

please note the following changes that take effect with the application process for the 2021 batch of the Global Studies Programme:

• Recommendation letters: Your two recommendation letters now need to be sent to this email address: recommendation@globalstudies.uni-freiburg.de. Starting this year you will also be able to see the status of your recommendation letters within the application platform.
• Research proposal: There is a new component that needs to be submitted as part of your application: a proposal for a fictioal research project.
